Haircuts etc.
Back in Wanganui.
The bloke who’s moustache caused me such discomfort back in November before has shaved it off, and passed comment about my new haircut. I’m not sure if that’s such a good thing. Hard to say. I mean there are a number of different ways of interpreting it, not all of them entirely positive.
It turned out that the moustache growing incident was somthing that Kiwis “do” in November. They call it “Movember” - and they all grow moustaches for Charity Awareness Month. They all grow them, Men, Women, Cats, Dogs etc… in fact the only person who didn’t have one was me… but I did have a haircut, and now it’s drawing comment.
Nothing is ever simple.
