Remember? Spock would shuffle through a rainbow of square plastic unmarked "disks" and insert them into a computer table and data would appear on the screen. (vs. Data appearing on screen a couple decades later) I understand that the blokes that invented the first real computer disks were inspired to via seeing those disks in Spock's hands and saying, why couldn't we? Women are straight forward by the way. She wasn't into you but was being polite enough so not provoke trouble. But never fear, there's absolutely a lid for every single pot.
